Thursday’s lineups: Tigers at Blue Jays

Steven Moya gets a game at designated hitter, and Andrew Romine at second base, as the Tigers make their first trek of the spring to Dunedin. James McCann is scheduled to catch today and tomorrow as the Tigers ramp up his workload in preparation for Opening Day. They’ll all get a look at the knuckleball of R.A. Dickey.

The Blue Jays will actually field fewer regulars today than they did in Lakeland a couple days ago, thanks in part to minor injuries to Troy Tulowitzki and Jose Bautista.
