C’mon Joe lets see it! I wonder if Phil is listening to the radio broadcast today.

Listening to Dan and Jim. Music to my ears!

It is nice isn’t it? Washes one’s soul with the sonorous sounds of summer.
Hope Nick is OK. Got hit in the hand by WildMando Jimanez.

Hope this is the last time I see Avila bating 2nd.

Ubaldo looks like he’s in mid-season form already😀 hahahah

Painting and listening to the game! It’s great to hear Dan and Jim.

good thinking Brad —- don’t put Nathan in their scrubs are all in. [pfffffft]

Can we put Joe in there so he can SMOKE an ORIOLE? DAFUQ!?

cespedes just put one in orbit – my lord!

I heard it.

Joe Nathan looked wild and hittable today. Better call Phil, Dave.

I’d dare say he looked the worst….hard contact….no Ks……

nevermind…alex wilson looks worse.

Even Price mentioned the disappointment in Joe. Yes, first outing but it “feels” like Nathan just cannot be counted on.

expecting him to have a better season this year…than last……..is hoping, dreaming

At least shave your beard Joe. Batters facing him get a comfort level just looking at him.

Any highlights around anywhere?
Frustrating for Moya I bet.
Wonder how Hanrahan is going to make out. Must be brutal waiting to hear the prognosis.
Sleeper of the camp: How about Valdez?
I think the historical loyalty prevalent in TigerTown means Justin Verlander will get opening day. And I totally agree.
Indians signed ONE free agent this year. Chisox signed 6.
Gose played well today.

People sitting around me like to start conversations so I miss some of the action. I had the impression that the O’s took umbrage to a steal of third in a 7-0 game although that would be dumb in a spring training game. At any rate, I thought Ubaldo took one shot at a hitter but characteristically missed the target. The other HBPs looked unintentional. There was some tension there.
Nathan looked like he did last year. Got the first two hitters then threw a zillion pitches trying to get the third out.
Impressive homers I’ve witnessed in Joker Marchant: Magglio Ordonez, Jason Hayward, Albert Pujols and today Yoenis Cespedes.

The most impressive home run in Joker for me was two years ago when Miguel hit it over the batters screen in center field.

talking about Ubaldo…..sometimes, it’s who you don’t sign that makes ya too.

Guillen as a tiger went .297/.366/.476/.842.
I think Yoenis can as well. Both of these guys can inspire clubs. I don’t think we have the money to resign YC, but goddamit we’ve got 2015!!

New development. Venezuela will require visa to Americans . The Tigers will be one of the five team that will have opportunity to sign Venezuelan players without that much hassle thanks to the Academy:

Scouts came here , illegally, as tourist without a visa. Now, they will need one. The American personnel at the Academy, already have one, (or should)

Hanrahan getting 2nd TJS already. gosh they just don’t make TJS’s like the used too, apparently.
.
Hows Rondon?
