BAusmus has come up with a couple of good ideas here. Firstly, he has shaken up the lineup and secondly, he is taking out Casty and Davis who would have been flailing all night long against Gray.

Now, Im clueless:
Jason tweeted
“Robbie Ray goes 3 1/3 innings in 86 pitches upon his return to Toledo. Gives up 4 hits, 3 runs, 4 walks with 4 K’s, 2 wild pitches.”
a long first inning but….

Fister deal raises eyebrows once again! AJ is not playing well at all. Max is continuing to put a scare into Tiger fans everywhere

It sure does really make you wonder about it . Looks like he is having problems even in Toledo .

This team loves Scherzer

Jackson ,60 points below his career Babip. Ran out of luck

Well a nice first inning at the plate but now let’s see what the Max does. Thats my real concern the starting pitching.

our guys are having a helluva time throwing strikes

Ya Max wasn’t exactly great the first inning double and a walk, was only saved by Avila and hes getting clobbered again this inning.

HR!

So far Max ….3 doubles a walk a hit batter and a single. By the way can’t strike anybody out. 54 pitches here in the 3rd and he hasn’t recorded an out yet. Ya he’s straightened himself out???????

In will say I think that the umpire is squeezing one of the pitchers tonight and it’s not Sonny Gray.

You look at the batting averages of these guys and wonder how their batting averages are so low.
.
This inning 2 singles and the Tiger’s balk in another run.

Way too many pitches, already. I don’t know why he threw to 3rd if Kelly wasn’t over there.

Mental mistakes that you have to learn by . Gotta think Tigers may be playing Oakland in October.

Well, Oakland is no joke. Hungry and play as a team. Max doesn’t have it tonight.

Again…….

Ok not wasting a lot more time on this….,,these pitchers just can’t seem to straighten anything out, it’s not a blip it is a damn epidemic and not one of them can do their job.

1. Perfect 3 innings fromKroAlJobaJo
2. Able to tie and go ahead in the late innings after giving up the lead.
3. Speed kills! Rajai is a fantastic situational player who needs to used more like he was tonight.

Kudos to Tori, Miggy,VMart, JMart, and Double A’s. Solid late inning defense. We scored in five different innings. Good crisp(not you Coco) win, which momentarily stops the bleeding. Anabal needs to go deep Wed.

Greg

Liked the way AlAl actually paid attention to the inherited runner at 1st.
Joba threw strikes and it makes a world of difference doesn’t it?

All the difference in the world . These west coast games are messing with my sleep . Greg is right they need to take advantage of the speed Davis has !!!
