Sunday: Tigers vs. Nationals

Aside from the missing players from the World Baseball Classic, it’s an Opening Day lineup for the Tabbies. No Quintin Berry just yet, at least not in the starting lineup.

The Nationals, meanwhile, sent a pretty decent lineup across Florida for this one, headlined by Bryce Harper. Dan Haren will continue his quest to try to crack this Washington pitching staff. Former Tigers second baseman Will Rhymes is on travel squad for the Nats, but he is not starting.

Four left-handed batters and a switch-hitter in the Washington lineup should give a decent test for Porcello and his effectiveness against lefties.
